Know Your Rights: Focus on Immigration

Everyone, regardless of their immigration status, has basic rights under the state and federal constitutions. This free, virtual seminar for the community included information about what your rights are, how to exercise them, and what to do when your rights are violated. This seminar covered interacting with ICE, obligations of employers, and other updates related to immigration law under the current administration. Speakers are members of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section.
