Law and Information for Older Adults: Senior Law Day
Exploring the Legal Issues of Aging with Dignity
Every year, the New Jersey State Bar Foundation works with the Elder and Disability Law Section leaders of the New Jersey State Bar Association to present Law and Information for Older Adults. Members of the public are invited to learn more about navigating the key legal issues facing older adults.
Topics to be covered include: the basics of estate planning, and advanced directives, what you need to know about the services available, how to seek out information about long-term care, and how to pay for it. The informational sessions are followed by a robust Q-and-A session where experts answer questions and provide resources.
