Senior Law Day: Law and Information for Older Adults

Exploring the Legal Issues of Aging with Dignity

Every year, the New Jersey State Bar Foundation works with the Elder Law and Disability Section leaders of the New Jersey State Bar Association to present Senior Law Day. Members of the public are invited to learn more about navigating the key legal issues facing older adults.

This year’s conference will offer information about scams facing the aging population, the basics of estate planning, and advanced directives, what you need to know about the services available, how to seek out information about long-term care, and how to pay for it.

The informational sessions are followed by a robust Q-and-A session where experts answer questions and provide resources.
