Conflict Resolution

The conflict resolution training sessions focus on the SEL skills needed to resolve conflict. Participants will explore how to identify the roots of conflict, choose an appropriate conflict style, and communicate effectively in order to find resolution. At each interactive training, all participants will receive or be able to order  relevant posters and a copy of our conflict resolution guide which contains lesson plans, student handouts and a “Setting Up a Program” section for educators in your school to help turnkey what was learned and update or refine your conflict resolution program.

Trainings are free for New Jersey Educators.

Conflict Resolution for elementary, middle, and high school educators are scheduled throughout the year.

What attendees had to say…

“Loved, loved, loved the seminar. Especially all the great hand-outs that I can use with students and staff. I also loved the activities—seeing them in action. I plan to use them as lesson ideas and with our staff at staff meetings.”
