Mock Trial Photo and Video Release

In consideration of my or my child’s participation in Law Fair or Law Adventure, sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, I hereby grant permission to the New Jersey State Bar Foundation to photograph or record any facet of my or my child’s participation in the mock trial presentation on audio, video, film or any other medium, which I understand will contain my or my child’s image and likeness as a participant or attendee at the Mock Trial presentation (Photo/Video). I expressly agree that any activity conducting using Zoom or any other online video platform in which I or my child participates and in which I or my child can be seen and heard onscreen may be recorded in whole or in part.

I further grant permission, without further consideration, to the New Jersey State Bar Foundation to edit, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise make use of the Photo/Video/Zoom or other online recording to further the purposes of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, in its sole discretion, in any manner deemed appropriate and through any distribution channel, including the World Wide Web.

I hereby give and release all right, title, interest and ownership that I or my child may have in the Photo/Video/Zoom or other online recording to the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, including all copyright and any right to examine, approve, edit or reproduce.

I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, and I fully understand the contents thereof.
