Nonprofit Summer Associate
Grants are available to New Jersey nonprofits to fund a Summer Associate to work for the host nonprofit organizations during the summer. This program provides an opportunity to law students to serve the public in the nonprofit community and develop advocacy and other legal skills. Once approved, the nonprofit organization will recruit and hire the Summer Associate. The student will work full-time for the organization over the summer. Grant funds include salary (for 10 weeks), paid holidays and reimbursement for work related travel. Summer Associate grants are made possible through funding from the IOLTA Fund of the Bar of New Jersey.
