The fourth edition of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s publication, Domestic Violence: The Law and You, has been published. The 20-page booklet is available in English & Spanish, as well as on audio CD. Just like previous editions, the booklet is set up in a question-and-answer format. The fourth edition of the publication updates information from the third edition, and includes a checklist for victims of domestic violence, a list of domestic violence services in all 21 counties, as well as other helpful contact information. In addition, the fourth edition addresses court procedures that were instituted during the pandemic, which may become permanent.
