This event is an opportunity for NJ tenants who need help filing a self-certification to prevent eviction, to have a FREE consultation with a lawyer and a law student.

Join Us. The Eviction Protection Act provides protection from eviction for low-income and moderate-income tenants. Tenants will meet with an attorney-law student team to learn whether they qualify for protection from eviction, complete the self-certification that will provide the protection and file pre-applications for rental assistance.
