Feeney, First Vice President, is a partner in the tax and employee benefits group of McCarter & English, LLP in Newark and focuses on state taxation and local property taxation for all types of industries, including redevelopment law and condemnation. Norberto A. Garcia, Second Vice President, is a partner at Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins in Jersey City. He graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University and received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.

Kathleen N. Fennelly, Treasurer, is a shareholder with Graham Curtin in Morristown and focuses her practice in the areas of general commercial litigation, including consumer fraud/class action defense litigation; and guardianship matters.
